SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

  • The Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors. Once you request an exchange, we will ship your new item as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

  • Refunds: Returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
